We're also a social enterprise, which means that we generate money through trade like any other business, but we are also committed to reinvesting at least 50% of our profits back into our community.

We're here to create change for Western Sydney filmmakers, generating opportunities for quality paid work that makes us proud of where we come from.

Joining our talent pool is easy. There are no sign up fees, no minimum hours, and no obligations to take on a job when it's offered.

We'll source new creative projects, negotiate good rates, put together a timeline, and then invite artists like you to collaborate with us on work.
